Account Receivables Manager (m/f/x)

We are seeking an Account Receivables Manager to join our growing team of 7 individuals organized across the accounting, management control and reporting, and credit management divisions. Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will be responsible for customer accounting for a portfolio of European customers.

- Monitoring and managing customer invoicing
- Oversight of collection operations and reconciliations with customer accounts
- Regular monitoring of outstanding balances and collections via automatic dunning procedures
- Working closely with our credit management team to implement monitoring and control procedures for the recovery of unpaid invoices
- Monthly reporting to the finance department

This is how you can impress us
- Profile: Profile: 3/5 years' higher education preferably in finance or accounting
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred) and a CRM (Sugar)
- One previous validated experience in accounts receivable is desirable
- Excellent command of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Perseverance, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with diverse audiences (sales, operations, and financial management)
- You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Additional languages: Italian, Spanish as a plus but not mandatory
